We’ll discuss your preferred location (school campus, favorite park, cityscape, etc.), the style of portraits you desire, and any specific requirements you may have. Whether you want traditional cap-and-gown shots, creative themed portraits, or candid moments, we’ve got you covered.
2. Planning and Preparation: CR Billings, our talented photographer, will plan your session based on our consultation. She ensures all necessary equipment is ready and confirms the session details with you. We’ll finalize the time, location, and any special instructions to make sure everything is perfect for your shoot.
3. On-Site Setup: On the day of the shoot, CR Billings will travel to your chosen location, arriving 15-30 minutes early to set up the equipment and prepare the environment. Whether it’s lighting, backdrops, or camera settings, CR ensures everything is perfect for capturing stunning graduation portraits.
4. Wardrobe Check: CR Billings will help you make any final adjustments to your graduation gown and accessories. She'll ensure everything is in place and looking great before the shoot begins.
5. Warm-Up Shots: To help you feel at ease, CR Billings will start with a few warm-up shots. This will allow you to relax and get used to posing.
6. Main Photoshoot: CR Billings will guide you through a variety of poses and angles, ensuring each shot highlights your achievements and personality. She'll use her expertise to make sure every photo is a masterpiece.
7. Location Changes: (if applicable): Depending on your preferences, you may move to different locations during the session. This could include scenic spots on campus, meaningful landmarks, or other picturesque settings.
8. Review and Adjustments: Throughout the shoot, CR Billings will periodically review the photos with you. This allows for any necessary adjustments to poses, lighting, or wardrobe.

11. Photo Delivery: Once the editing is complete, you'll receive a link to download your high-resolution photos. You may also have the option to order prints or photo albums.
